This group will continue to focus on USSki's Alpine Training System through directed training and by attending USSki Skills Day events hosted by the race programs within the Mount Washington Valley. The Skills Day events give athletes a chance to be assessed and scored by independent evaluators on the age-appropriate USSki ATS skills. U10s will also learn about ski racing by attending multiple USSki races hosted in the Mount Washington Valley.
 
Equipment needed: a full-shell helmet that covers the head and ears, without spoilers or edges that stick out; one pair of all-mountain skis (not twin tips); poles.
